The draw block is fixed in the same transaction that closes the box, a few blocks ahead, so its hash does not exist yet when the box shuts. Slip a = keccak(hash, box, slips, 0) mod slips; slip b is the next roll among the rest. If the hash ages out before anyone draws, the box is resealed to a fresh future block.
